Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll LLP acquired the Atlanta-based intellectual property law firm Needle & Rosenberg. The addition of the Atlanta office marks Ballard Spahr’s 12th location and a move into the south.

Boyd Martin Construction has been awarded the tenant improvement contract from MD Realty, which includes a surgery center and medical office space. In other company news, BMC will soon complete shell construction and TIs on the Reno Decatur retail center, as well as begin construction on the Phase IV Middle School addition to the Las Vegas Day School.
