information, go to the log in page, and “Click here for log in information”. The information is instantly sent to the
representative email we have on file. Then you can access all the following benefits:

Update your information: No more phone calls and faxes just enter the correct information.

Pay your bill: You can view open invoices, print them, and/or pay them online.

Referral Report: As of January 2008, we have the ability to track the following:

• # of times your online business listing is viewed,
• # of times your website is accessed from ours,
• # of times your location was mapped,
• # of in-office referrals, etc.

You can run this report for any time period. If you don’t specify, the default time period is the last 30
days. Use this information to increase your business.

Coupons: If you purchase the new coupon advertising option, you can design printable coupons for the
public to print off and redeem! The format page is simple, just fill in the blanks. You can add or change
coupons at any time with just a few clicks. The coupons are available by clicking on the large eye
catching box on our home page.

Take a survey: Help us better serve you by participating in surveys on various topics through out the
year.

Find a Chamber Business: Scan or search the Business Directory from your members’ only page.

Submit Community Events: Our long awaited Community Calendar is now active! Members can post
activities to invite the public and fellow Chamber Members. Advertise a grand opening, a workshop,
any other special event. Only Members may post community events. The online form even offers the
option of adding links to your event page if registration is required.

Proud Member Logo: You have the ability to add our logo and weblink to your website! It’s like a
membership plaque for your website. Let your current and future clients know you actively support and
participate in the growth of your business community. You can also download this logo in JPG for printed
materials, mailers etc.

Member2Member Discount Guide: Updated monthly, this guide contains special money saving incentives
FROM Chamber Members TO Chamber Members. By making this information available ONLY in the
Members Only section, Chamber Members can offer special and unique values without offending current
customers. Always check this guide before making a purchase for your home or business!
