Leadership North Las Vegas is a leadership development program under the North Las Vegas Chamber Foundation. The program is designed to offer participants the opportunity to experience various aspects of the North Las Vegas community while incorporating leadership building skills that can be used to build a better community.
Participants in the program are made up of professionals and business owners from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Leadership North Las Vegas graduates will have the opportunity to develop their leadership
potential, become connected to the community, and expand their professional and social networks.

Opening Session
Two-day advance session scheduled for September 19-20, 2008.
This advance program focuses on identifying leadership and personality styles and begins the process of the class developing into a cohesive group.

Full-day sessions held the third Friday of each month from October through April.

How do I Apply?
Leadership North Las Vegas looks for individuals who are leaders in their profession,
involved in their communities, and have an interest in shaping its future.
Participants in the program must be committed to improving their community, committed
to attend all scheduled sessions, and complete any outside assignments.
Do I need to work or be a resident of North Las Vegas?
No. Many of our business leaders work or live outside the North Las Vegas city limits.
Participants must however show a commitment to become involved in the North Las
Vegas community.
Fees & Deadlines for 2008-2009
There is special pricing for the inaugural Leadership North Las Vegas program of $900
for North Las Vegas Chamber members and $1,300 for non-members. However, a
credit of $250 will be credited towards membership if the participant joins within 30 days
of completion of program.
Leadership North Las Vegas is a program of the Chamber's 501(c)(3) Foundation and tuition may be tax deductible.
